Traditional discipline often focuses on control and compliance rather than teaching and connection. This training introduces a relationship-based approach to discipline that prioritizes emotional intelligence and problem-solving. Parents will explore the Root to Bloom process, learning how to address challenging behaviors with understanding rather than punishment. Through script-writing exercises and role-playing, participants will gain practical tools to replace fear-based discipline with respectful guidance, ultimately fostering long-term cooperation and emotional well-being in their children.
This is an interactive, virtual training that will be held on Sunday, June 29 from 3pm-5pm MT/5pm-7pm ET. Training information will be emailed upon the purchase of the course.
